How do I redeem Zenless Zone Zero codes?
- Launch Zenless Zone Zero and ensure you can receive in-game mail.
- Open Menu → More → Redemption Code (wording may vary by platform), or use the official redemption page.
- Enter the code exactly, confirm, then open mail to claim Polychrome and items.
- On console, bind your HoYoverse account if redemption redirects to the web form.
PC vs PlayStation 5 vs mobile
PC and mobile can usually redeem inside the client. On PlayStation 5, account linking matters: if the game sends you to a browser form, stay signed into the HoYoverse account tied to that PSN profile. Rewards still arrive in the same mailbox after a short delay.
Why do Zenless Zone Zero codes fail?
- Already redeemed on that HoYoverse account
- Past the expiry window from the livestream or event page
- Typo, lowercase/uppercase mismatch, or pasted spaces
- Wrong region or an account that never linked correctly
FAQ
Where do I redeem Zenless Zone Zero codes?
Use the in-game Redemption Code option from the menu, or the official Zenless Zone Zero redemption page at zenless.hoyoverse.com/redemption while logged into the same HoYoverse account you play on.
Do ZZZ codes work on PlayStation 5 and mobile?
Most official livestream and social codes work on PC, PS5, and mobile when redeemed on the linked HoYoverse account. Platform tags on each code on /codes/ show our recorded coverage.
Why did my Zenless Zone Zero code fail?
Common causes: the code expired, it was typed with extra spaces, it was already redeemed on the account, or the region/account is ineligible. We never invent expiry dates — if unmarked, treat it as unconfirmed.
How often are new ZZZ codes released?
Typically around version livestreams, special streams, and major events. The short /codes/ tracker rebuilds daily so expired codes drop out of the active list automatically.
Is this the same list as /codes/?
Yes — the live list lives on /codes/. This guide explains how to redeem and why codes fail; use the button below for the up-to-date copyable list.
